Privacy Policy

Overview
School of Attica (“we”) operates a public website at schoolofattica.com to explore institutional pilot partnerships with schools, youth programs, libraries, and community organizations. This policy explains how information submitted through our public inquiry forms is collected, used, retained, and protected.
Who These Forms Are For
Our public forms are intended for adult representatives of schools, youth programs, libraries, and community organizations. They are not intended for children or students.
Information We Collect
We collect only the business contact and partnership-inquiry information you choose to submit through two public forms:
- Partner Inquiry form (homepage): contact name, organization, role, email, organization type, and your pilot goal or student need. Optional fields (phone, approximate cohort size, preferred timeframe, and additional context) are provided only if you choose to share them.
- Community Partnership form: organization name and type, contact name, title, email, phone (optional), audience description, estimated participants, preferred days, and notes.
Do not submit medical, disability, disciplinary, educational-record, or other sensitive student information through these forms. Accommodation and student-support needs can be discussed securely during pilot planning.
How We Use Your Information
We use submitted information to evaluate and respond to your partnership inquiry, assess organizational fit and feasibility, and follow up about a potential pilot. Submission does not guarantee a partnership.
How We Do Not Use Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use information from these forms for third-party advertising.
Hosting and Processing
This website and its forms are hosted on the Base44 platform. Base44 processes the information needed to operate the forms and may process ordinary technical and usage information needed for hosting, security, reliability, and page-usage logging. Base44 acts as a service provider processing data on our behalf.
Retention
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Children’s and Student Information
These forms are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them. Please do not submit sensitive student information (medical, disability, disciplinary, educational-record, or other protected details) through any public form.
Your Rights — Access, Correction, and Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted through the public inquiry form or by replying to our response to your inquiry. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Updates
We may update this policy if our data practices materially change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
